This saturday is another cooking class at Jacob's Cove,

We got a small box of tomatoes from the farm and ate them fresh and still cool from a handwash. How do you like your tomatoes?

    anyway, i adore tomato sandwiches and when it dips into the cooler temps, i like them as a creamy soup.
